Digital Orthotics

Digital orthotic manufacture using the only 3D milling system in Cape Town. Your orthotics are designed based on information from the clinical assessment, biomechanical examination,  a 3D digital scan of your feet which is integrated with data from a Sensor Medica  pressure plate, and Freestep software. 

We use the Easycad design platform  to design a bespoke pair of orthotics, before being manufactured by a digitally controlled milling machine, accurate to 0.2mm. These custom-made orthotics are durable and very light (less than 100g) and can be available within 24 hours (T&Cs apply).
